Description
The Keeper stole one of the 9th/10th Doctor's sonic screwdrivers and made improvements to the design as well as adding his own motif to it. With various adjustments stolen from the Doctors own "Tinkering's and his countless times adjusting his sonic screwdriver, this 'repurposed' Sonic screwdriver has abilities the Doctor would never approve of... like a laser setting (For those moments when having a laser might come in handy!)

Awsome Work, Love the laser concept, of course it wouldn't be used as an offensive weapon, it would be used to either cut or repair any metal as needed, when the Doctor finds out about the laser setting te keeper reassures him that the laser has permanently been set to cut or repair non-organic Matter
